Carol: Clean one resident bathroom a week.

 

Bill: Wash the sheets from the guest rooms twice a week

May 11 – June 14

Carol: Clean the dining room and the Quaker library Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.

Bill: Clean the basement bathroom and vacuum the hall outside it on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Spot check the bathroom on Wednesday.

April 6 – May 10

Carol: Sweep and clean up the kitchen courtyard on Wednesdays and the St. Francis courtyard on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.

Bill: Water the plants once a week

March 2 – April 5

Carol: Sweep the stairs on one side of the house once a week.

Bill: Sweep, dust and clean the parlor once a week.

January 26 – March 1

Carol: Clean the Quaker Meeting Room and butler’s pantry.

Bill: Odd jobs- whatever extra needs doing around the house.

December 22 – January 25

Carol: Wash the sheets from the guest rooms twice a week

Bill: Sweep the stairs on one side of the house once a week.

November 17 – December 21

Carol: Clean the guest bathrooms once a week and spot check them in between.

Bill: Clean and mop the laundry room on Wednesday and Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Wash dish towels, rags and aprons as needed.

October 13 – November 16

Carol: Clean the TV room once a week. At the end of the five week period clean the resident refrigerator.

Bill: Clean guest bathrooms once a week

September 8 – October 12

Carol: Clean and mop the laundry room on Wednesday and Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Wash dish towels, rags and aprons as needed.

Bill: Sweep and clean up the deck on Wednesdays. Sweep in front of the house on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.

August 4 – September 7

Carol: Clean each of 2 guest rooms once a week

Bill: #6 Back stairs – vacuum the back stairs on one side of the house once a week.

June 30 – August 3

Carol: Clean the dining room and the Quaker library Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.

Bill: Odd jobs – whatever extra needs doing around the house.

May 26 – June 29

Carol: Clean the basement bathroom and vacuum the hall outside it on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Spot check the bathroom on Wednesday.

Bill: Mop the kitchen floor Wednesday and Thursday nights.

April 21 – May 25

Carol: #6 Back stairs – vacuum the back stairs on one side of the house once a week.

Bill: Clean the TV room once a week. At the end of the five week period clean the resident refrigerator.

March 17 – April 20:

Carol: Odd jobs – whatever extra needs doing around the house. This time I’ve re-covered some kitchen shelves with contact paper, repotted house plants, cleaned part of the basement, planted pansies in the pots in front of the house.

Bill: Clean the Quaker Meeting Room and butler’s pantry.

February 10 – March 16:

Carol: Clean one resident bathroom a week.

Bill: Sweep, dust and clean the parlor.

January 6 – February 9:

Carol: Clean the Quaker Meeting Room and butler’s pantry.

Bill: Clean the front stairs.

December 3 – January 5

Carol: Sweep, dust and clean the parlor.

Bill: Clean the bathroom and surrounding hallway on the kitchen level.

October 28 – December 2

Carol: Sweep and clean up the kitchen courtyard on Wednesdays and the St. Francis courtyard on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Coordinate with the person sweeping the deck putting the leaves out at the curb Thursday night.

Bill: Launder sheets and pillowcases for the two guest rooms at BHFH.

September 23 – October 27

Carol: Clean and mop the laundry room on Wednesday and Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Wash dish towels, rags and aprons as needed.

Bill: Clean the Quaker library and dining room.

August 19 – September 22

Carol: Clean the library: vacuum. dust, straighten up, empty waste baskets.

Bill: Clean resident bathrooms.

July 22 – August 18

Carol: Sweep and clean up the deck on Wednesdays. Sweep in front of the house on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.

Bill: Clean laundry room and house towels
